Lisa Yasuda was born in Nagoya in 1999. Yasuda was awarded the second prize at the IX International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians and she won the Grand Prix in the Singapore Festival Violin Competition.
She skipped a grade and entered Tokyo University of the Arts.
She gets special scholarship from Rohm Music Foundation and Tokuji Munetsugu Foundation.
Lisa Yasuda currently plays the Antonio Stradivari ( Cremona 1680) which is on loan to her from the Rin Collection.
